The Ministry of Economy and Finance signed on 23 March 2016, two conventions concerning a loan from the French Development Agency (AFD) and a grant from the European Union, as part of the support for modernization and extension of electricity distribution networks in Guinea, focusing particularly on the capital Conakry and its suburbs.
