In accordance with the Government of Guinea’s commitments to promote transparency and strengthen governance of the mining sector, and provisions of the Mining Code, all existing mining conventions, amendments or other related legal document were published online at www.contratsminiersguinee.org in February 2013.
The publication of all existing contracts was the result of months of work, the outcome of a fruitful collaboration between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, mining companies, Guinean and international civil society organizations, with the support of the World Bank and the Revenue Watch Institute (Natural Resource Governance Institute).

- All mining conventions signed by the Republic of Guinea from its independence in 1958 to February 2013.
- CPI Convention (September 2013).
- Simandou South Conventions: Amended and Consolidated version of the “Convention de base” (2014); BOT Convention (2014).
