Post-Ebola recovery and investment promotion: Guinea, Morocco sign several agreements

The Guinea-Morocco Forum held in Conakry ended on Monday with the signing of series of contracts through Guinea’s Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment (APIP) and the Moroccan Kingdom.The signing was made between APIP and the Moroccan Agency for Investment (AMDI). Another deal was sealed between APIP and Casablanca Finance City.
We organized meetings between governments in the areas of mining and vocational education. The business-government meetings we set up were an innovation. This helped to unblock certain difficulties. We have seven agreements signed – Gabriel Curtis, Managing Director of the Agency for Promotion of Private Investment (APIP Guinea)
In addition to this, a cooperation agreement was signed between the General Confederation of Morocco’s Employers and the Employers’ Confederation of Guinean Companies (CPEG).
APIP also signed an agreement with the General Confederation of Morocco’s Employers (CGEM) for the establishment of a subcontracting stock market (…).
